Common Questions

1. How do you usually work with clients?

My goal is to help you become the father you were meant to be, able to handle the ups and downs of fatherhood and the challenges of finding the right balance between work and family life. The way I do that is by giving you personal, one-on-one support while teaching your change strategies built on neuroscience and 15+ years of personal experience working with men on professional and personal challenges. I also work with you to improve your communication and self-regulation skills so you can bring others on board and maximize your effectiveness to help you become the father you know you were meant to be.

2. What can I expect from the call?

We’re going to be doing a high-level fatherhood analysis so we can determine the root issue of what’s NOT working for you, and once we’re both clear on what’s in the way of you becoming the father you were meant to be, we’ll discuss your goals. And if we determine working with me is your best next step toward achieving your goals and solving your root issue as a father, we’ll talk about that. If it ends up not being a fit, I’ll still point you in the direction of resources that will help you.

3. Who is Steve Anderson?
Steve Anderson meets people where they are, without judgement, and helps them improve their lives. As a father of two adopted boys, he had to earn the title of father. One of the things that set Steve up for success in this endeavor was his years of working with both men and boys in non-profit mentoring programs.

As director of the boys to Men Mentoring Network of Minnesota, he led transformation weekends for boys both nationally and internationally. This included working both with the boys, helping them develop into the men they wanted to become, as well as the men on staff, helping them stay focused on the needs of the boys.

As a college English instructor, he’s spent decades helping men and women become better communicators. He’s worked with people from all different backgrounds and worked to make sure people have the skills to express their ideas and values successfully to different audiences.

As rewarding as teaching was, Steve Anderson knows his most rewarding role in life is that of a father and husband. Because of that, all his professional focus is now directed at one thing: helping men become the fathers they were meant to be.
