“Transforming Your Life Volume VIII” is a powerful guide offering expert insights from 10 globally renowned coaches, leaders, and visionaries who share their hard-won wisdom to help you overcome life’s challenges. With real-life stories and actionable tools, this book provides the support you need to transform your life and achieve success. Empower yourself with guidance that was once reserved for high-priced coaching sessions.

In the chapter “Show Up for the Win” Steve shares a profound journey of self-discovery and mentorship, exploring the transformative power of presence in the lives of young men. The chapter begins with the author’s participation in a groundbreaking program, Boys to Men, where he learns the importance of emotional connection and the impact of strong male role models.

As he navigates personal struggles with hearing loss, the author focuses on the deep, often unspoken desires of the boys to be seen and accepted for who they truly are—echoing his own experiences of paternal absence. By posing insightful questions about identity and aspiration, he fosters a space for vulnerability and growth.

The chapter culminates in a powerful reminder that true fatherhood extends beyond physical presence; it involves emotional engagement and support. Through anecdotes from his own parenting journey, Steve encourages readers to embrace responsibility as a grounding force rather than a burden. Ultimately, “Show Up for the Win” is a heartfelt call to action for men to be present, nurturing, and emotionally available, creating a legacy of love and resilience for future generations.

“I’ve been coached by Steve in group settings over the last year, and I’ve seen how he coaches others. Steve has a very clear, concise, and compassionate approach. In my experience, he seemed to be able to listen past my words to a deeper place beneath them. The insights he’s shared have revealed aspects of myself that I was unaware of, which I found helpful. His ability to offer guidance has helped me to identify old behavior and thought patterns that have kept me stuck. I find his spirit and encouragement inspirational and reassuring. “

After working with Steve, I was able to build a future vision for myself and define my priorities to grow professionally and personally. With Steve’s supportive coaching style, I was able to gain the confidence and made a significant move that was long overdue. I’m not sure I would have made the transition without his encouragement, support, and know-how. He’s great at understanding the whole person and is able to span the personal & professional spectrums seamlessly. I would highly recommend Steve for anyone looking to make meaningful changes in their life!
